This woman is completely rude. I never met a more nasty attorney in my entire life. Completely unknowledgeable. She remained clueless for most of the trial. I'm disgusted.
The attorney did not listen to my issue, became angry during the call, and abruptly hung up on me. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

I have been working with Ms. Tarken for many years and find her to be very efficient. As a client, I feel well represented as she is very knowledgeable with landlord/tenant matters. In addition, her fees are fair, considering the amount of time and effort needed, especially in Hudson county.
My husband and I were referred to Roberta to discuss a civil case. She answered the phone extremely disheveled (shouting HELLO). Before I could explain my purpose for calling, she rudely interrupts me to tell me she doesn’t just sit on the phone and listen to peoples problems for free. 🤣Very unprofessional with horrible Communication skills.
