Stark and clinical, just like I expected the parking lot of a medical facility to be. The interior was spacious and well air conditioned. Just like I expect when coming in from outside. There were restrooms. I like that in a place I need to pee. The people working there were mostly real. They seemed to feel uncomfortable if we made eye contact. Have had a great experience with Roberta Funk , I’m glad to have the telehealth option , she is kind and supportive and listens to my concerns.
Pretty much the same as most specialists. Pompous and uncaring. Told me I needed to get some blood tests at a different place than my normal but that is wasn't covered by my medical so it would take them about a week to get it approved and they would call me back and let me know when approved....well 2 months later I still haven't heard back from them and when I call I get the runaround and oh we will find out what's going on and call you back and then no word.
