We personally own medical practices in Prescott, Arizona, so we have firsthand understanding of healthcare and the responsibilities clinicians have towards patient care. Unfortunately, the office we're discussing exhibits poor communication and negligence in care, communication, and follow-ups. Stark and clinical, just like I expected the parking lot of a medical facility to be. The interior was spacious and well air conditioned. Just like I expect when coming in from outside. There were restrooms. I like that in a place I need to pee. The people working there were mostly real. They seemed to feel uncomfortable if we made eye contact. Have had a great experience with Roberta Funk , I’m glad to have the telehealth option , she is kind and supportive and listens to my concerns.

Pretty much the same as most specialists. Pompous and uncaring. Told me I needed to get some blood tests at a different place than my normal but that is wasn't covered by my medical so it would take them about a week to get it approved and they would call me back and let me know when approved....well 2 months later I still haven't heard back from them and when I call I get the runaround and oh we will find out what's going on and call you back and then no word.
