If I could give 10 stars, I would. Roberta is the best! Nine years ago, she helped me find a house in Stark County. I couldn't have been happier. Recently, I was the seller. She helped me sell my parents' house which was in probate after my dad passed away. Probate laws can be complicated and difficult. Roberta handled all of it. She is so knowledgeable about real estate laws and always keeps everything legal and above board. I have worked with Roberta for buying homes as well as selling my home. She made it stress free. Shes a very trustworthy person with an amazing heart! My best interest was always her priority. I highly reccomend Roberta and refuse to work with any other agent.
I've never felt more prepared going into a house. The level of research that is done and presented is bar non. Roberta has a keen eye ,as we walked through each house she pointed out issues i never would have found and the inspectors gloss over . I really can't begin to express how impressed I am .Thank you for all of your help and helping get into a home I love !!
