I heard about this habit of unity point/ Robert Young center essentially discharging mentally ill patients without communicating to the patients family members that they have been released thus giving no time to coordinate transportation for the mentally ill. Waiting 5 hours for the return call. Communication with them is difficult. Young on 17th street. Best way is to drive there and talk thru the intercom at the door.
