I had often heard of the lack of care and professionalism at Robert Young Center, but this past summer I was able to experience it for myself firsthand. Fantastic staff. Great people who genuinely care.
I heard about this habit of unity point/ Robert Young center essentially discharging mentally ill patients without communicating to the patients family members that they have been released thus giving no time to coordinate transportation for the mentally ill. Let's see how fast they change once I contact the state and file a complaint
The receptionist upstairs "cannot help you" until you are walking away in anger, then suddenly all the way to the elevator she "can help you". I'll try again in Moline, thank you.
