The receptionist upstairs "cannot help you" until you are walking away in anger, then suddenly all the way to the elevator she "can help you". I'll try again in Moline, thank you.
Waiting 5 hours for the return call. Communication with them is difficult. Young on 17th street. Best way is to drive there and talk thru the intercom at the door.
Do not recommend! There billing is awful to deal with and it is difficult to get any kind of account information from them. They have overcharged me before and it took arguing and multiple phone calls to correct. As far as doctors... they do not properly educate you about medication and fail to inform of serious outcomes. Months later, my child still has unnecessary cardiac side effects that I was never initially informed of as even a possibility.
