Dr Ycaza is a very friendly and helpful doctor. I consider him to be less like a doctor and more like a friend. He is very easy to speak to and a very good conversationalist.

this medical facility does not care about there patients. They do not communicate at all. I went there to get help for a problem I've had for two years. they acted like they cared when I was there but then zero communication there after. It took several weeks to even get an appointment, they did not return initial calls to initially schedule. Then after I did meet then they did not every follow up. Dr Ycaza goes above and beyond his profession to ensure you get the care you need. He is very professional and intelligent and goes into detail to pinpoint and help with the pain you are experiencing He also makes suggestions to help you with other health issues that you may have and directs you to the right Dr or physician to help with your health issues!
