We requested specific labs drawn for my 18 year old daughter. Those labs weren't drawn and different labs were. They proceeded to call my daughter with the results of the labs that we didn't ask for and told her results that were abnormal BECAUSE SHE DIDNT FAST and wasn't supposed to for the labs that were supposed to be drawn. Now she's worried that something is wrong. He also put an incorrect symptom in her chart which she specifically told him she didn't have. As with a lot of the previous reviews PA Wren is really good and attentive to the patient’s needs, once you get an appointment. However, the office staff is below standards. They absolutely will not answer the phone. Doing my first appointment there, I literally witnessed the phone ringing continuously and no one answers. How they work and hear the phone ringing and it doesn’t bother them, I don’t know.
