Robert Wren is a great doctor, but beware of his lazy office personal they are NEVER available. They won't go the extra mile -I sat in the waiting room watching them do nothing, so while sitting there, I called the office just to see if they would pick up. I got an answering service..I heard all the business about a patient's insurance denial, poor lady..So for that reason, we are moving PCPs -those girls need training and empathy for patients that need help
We requested specific labs drawn for my 18 year old daughter. Those labs weren't drawn and different labs were. They proceeded to call my daughter with the results of the labs that we didn't ask for and told her results that were abnormal BECAUSE SHE DIDNT FAST and wasn't supposed to for the labs that were supposed to be drawn. Now she's worried that something is wrong. He also put an incorrect symptom in her chart which she specifically told him she didn't have.
