God bless the nursing staff and Drs: they do everything they can and deserve some recognition!
Emergency room parking validation should be available on the same level. Family members who have spent 8 hours in the ER shouldn't have to run around the building to get the ticket validated.
Like any hospital just be nice to people even when you’re in pain. Things will go better for you. Ask questions is you don’t know what their talking about, they will answer them.
They always take great care of my wife when she needs to be there.
