I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ryan’s since 2013. Good practice, providers, and staff.
DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE A NEW PATIENT!!!!! They had me reschedule my original appointment that I made 4 months out for a family emergency, which I get, but when I came for my appointment we had set, after checking in on the chart 3 times, they said that I would have to verbally say I am confirming the appointment. They claimed they called me and left a voicemail the day before and I check my call logs and voicemail and there’s nothing from there. The desk manager named Liz said the phones and calling system for confirmations do not work in this office. When I asked to speak to my doctor she refused to connect me and told me that the doctors at this location don't call patients back. She blamed me for an incorrect number in her system and - in clear violation of HIPPA policy - went through my medical history to tell me that I've seen another doctor in the system who probably switched my number.
