This is hands down the worst hospital I have ever stepped foot in. I have a family member there now. There is absolutely no ability to follow through. The staff tell patients they will do something and they will be right back, but don’t come back for hours. They parade of doctors they file through your room do not communicate with anyone. One doctor has no idea what the last doctor said or ordered. They are dismissive of the patients and downright don’t listen to them about their own health. Two days in a row african american security guards racial profiling. Day 1 my mom came to the ER in an ambulance. I followed behind the ambulance and as soon as I parked and walked into the ER the security behind the desk told me I could not see my mom until she got a room. She ended up in the ICU to where the doctor came looking for me as my mom could have been taking her last breath. The worst hospital in the United States !
Genuinely one of the worst hospitals in all of NJ. Avoid at all costs. My family member has been sent home twice now and returned Saturday due to more problems that doctors here did not catch, life threatening problems to add. I’ve never dealt with so much incompetence & errors from a hospital. It’s a wonder this place is still in business and doesn’t have multiple lawsuits for medical malpractice, botched care & multiple issues. Complete joke. Avoid if you can. Children had Cyanide poisoning after a house fire. This hospital refused to test for it. Children went without proper care for 9 hours until a night doctor took over.
