I terminated my member ship in November. I had to make a special trip just to close my account, I even had to pay for an extra month just to close my account. Naturally I was unhappy at having to spend the money on something I had not been using, but I paid there and then. Today I get an email saying they need more money before RWJ Fitness and Wellness would close my account! Beware, they will keep taking your money long after your try and close your account! Isn't that illegal?
