very clean and I think environment nice PT workers and overall it's an awesome place I will recommend people to go there if they have any issues with a back or whatever is going on with them. we also have a gym that you can work out if you remember it's $30 a month they also have a swimming pool stuff like that
So nice to be back at the gym! Thanks for all the care and cleaning by the staff to keep everyone safe. I had my second Pilates lesson post COVID today and I am so grateful to Marlo and her colleagues for being there for us! If you have not ventured out, put on your mask, wash your hands and - just do it!

Hi All today is the first day of ticket sales for the 90s Hip Hop class workshop,that's right get your spot on the floor. 10$ for members and 15$ for non members.All are welcome ticket sales end on the 14th of this month. The 15th is the big night ask the front desk for details. see you there
5 stars Such a beautiful and comprehensive fitness center! I’m having a blast taking a wide assortment of fitness classes, all wonderful, with dedicated, professional, knowledgeable instructors. My favorite class is Vivian’s Sunday 11 am AquaZumba class at the main pool. It’s a total blast with great music, easy-to-follow routines, and a dynamic dynamo leader. I look forward to it all week.
