I went online searching for a good doctor and I'm soooo happy I found Dr Winter. My first visit with Dr. Winter back in 2022, I was very impressed with how he took the time to listen and showing me that he truly cares about my health. And to this day he's still a "Great" Doctor I know I'm in good hands with him. He has a wonderful personality very easy to talk to!!

I've been going to Dr. Winter for about 5 years now maybe longer, I wouldn't trade him for anyone else. As we all have experienced at one time or another, it's not easy finding a genuine doctor who not only listens to your concerns but also understands. Doctor Winter is absolutely amazing!! We 1st started going to him when his office was on our side of town in Peoria. When he changed offices to the other side of town that did not deter us one bit. We travel 43 miles 1 way to see Dr Winter. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and overall just a wonderful doctor. We will continue to follow him wherever he goes
