Robert is a fast and great communicator. He came very prepared to our first meeting demonstrating what he brings to the table. He also had a calendar with dates of the sequence of events because we were dependent on tenants moving out and then we were updating floors and walls. He helped with inspecting and checking in on contractors during the day when we were at work. He also did leg work on researching flooring deals at various warehouses. Robert was an excellent realtor. He provided the best customer service experience I have ever had. He continues to follow up 3 years post purchase. I will use Robert again if at possible!
