Having a rare disease makes someone vulnerable, and vulnerable people are at risk of questionable people; especially questionable doctors. James did give it the 'Old College Try', but in my records, one of the first thing he states is that my mother had a 'Psychiatric Disorder'. She had Anxiety. Doctors have been trying to pin my illness on me for a long time, as a Psychiatric Disorder. Any women out there that can relate?? Serious gas lighting which has caused a level of trauma that you will never understand James, nor will... read more

My partner went to see Dr. Williams and he was incredibly condescending when my partner was only seeking advice on a recent full-body hives reaction. No doctor should belittle their patients, and we found him and his staff to be quite unprofessional. Definitely will not be visiting again.

Healthgrades has made me revise this review twice now. So I am not allowed to say my full opinion fyi.I literally was sitting in the room waiting for the doc and she didn’t have any of my previous records or any basis to treat me the way she did. She walked in and asked my why I think I have allergies and I started saying I would lose my voice and she said no that’s GERD and I tried to show her a pic of my face all swelled and hives and I said that’s not GERD and she argued again. So I was like I think we have a personality ... read more

I had been going to this doctor for 7 years. His office in Waynesboro was abruptly closed and he moved to the main office in Charlottesville. They let my venom expire. They were supposed to order more and call me. I never heard back. I made an appointment with the doctor because they refused to let me speak with him by phone. Sure enough the venom was there but it was too late for me to continue my shots without starting over, which meant ordering more venom..which is not cheap! I decided to stop the shots. Honestly, I did n... read more

I was having moderate to severe allergy problems. I wasn't able to sing in my church choir and voice got hoarse when I went outside. Dr Trojan's prescription was, 'don't go outside.' I can't stay in my apartment and live any kind of life. So now I am relegated to live a life where singing is hard to impossible and I suffer just be able to go fishing.

My 7yo was so brave and happy to meet with this doctor. We had explained this doctor was going to help him with his eczema and allergies. Firrincielli was rude, unhelpful and completely apathetic. All of the allergy results came back as abnormally high for every item. His advice was to just keep feeding him things and see what our child actually reacts to. Luckily we found another allergist who cares and ordered more testing and is doing his job to help our family. I would never return to this guy.

Dr Neuland is very experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He has an excellent understanding of his field and how best to help his patients. As a health care provider myself I highly recommend him. We are blessed to have him as part of our community.

My experience with Dr. Firrincielli has been very positive. He's really been helpful in getting my asthma under control and understanding how to manage my allergies. He's a thoughtful listener and answered all my questions well over the years I've been seeing him.

The most condescending and least compassionate doctor I have ever met and I work in the medical field. Unwilling to think outside of his VERY small box. My daughter was there for an immune deficiency and had been suffering for three weeks with severe mouth ulcers and he never even looked in her mouth. I mentioned scientific journal articles from PubMed and he dismissed them as “something I read on the internet”. Truly the worst. I still can’t believe it happened. Don’t ever step foot in his office unless you want to pay a $9... read more
