I'm not one to normally even write a review on somebody, but Dr. Quale was a rude individual who treated me without the respect everyone deserves, especially if you're just meeting them. I'm not saying he doesn't do his job well, however, sometimes being kind goes a long way and him learning this would make his practice far more successful. In addition, not all of his staff is at fault, but others weren't the nicest either.

No, but I didn't need a reminder Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Yes Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind
They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Parking is inadequate. Dr. Robert W. Queale was rude.
