Great Attorney!!!
I have always assumed that if you have to get an attorney involved you have already lost. Robert Precht has changed that perception. We hired him to defend our son. He was outstanding!! Our son is in Prison, but his Sentence was less than half what we expected. There was a glitch in the system almost a year later and he helped us settle it at no charge!! This man is top notch. He will be at the top of my list for any criminal defense case (hopefully won't need him) that comes about. His prices are fair and his service is STELLAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service and knowledge

Dui
I called Mr. Precht after I got a DUI because he had represented me on 3 different cases I had all at the same time a few years back. I thought i was doing time in jail/ prison and that would have ruined my life. Mr. Precht got me a very fair consequence with no jail time, I still had to pay my dues but it was 100x better than what i was expecting. Mr. Precht did the same thing for me again and I am very grateful that he represented me. I would suggest talking to Mr. Precht if you have commited any violation he specializes in.

DUI CHARGE
Mr. Precht helped me tremendously after receiving a DUI charge from the City of Phoenix three months after an accident. I was given morphine and promethizine at the hospital. When the blood was drawn apparently it showed high levels of narcotics. I suffer from severe migraines, fibromyalgia and myalgia. I had not taken any pain medication in over 12 hrs. I had a severe concussion upon leaving the hospital. I lost my job working for the state and my husband and I were terrified of what could happen. We found Mr. Precht and we were both thankful for the case being dropped!!! Being a paralegal I knew what could of happened. Again thank you!!!!Brenda

Criminal Case
I am from Buffalo, NY. My sons currently reside in Arizona, the youngest was arrested and faced 3 felony charges. I was very afraid he would end up in prison at the age of 23! I immediately got a flight to AZ and together with my oldest son we we forunate enough to get an appointment with Attorney Precht immediately. He was as helpful as he could have been considering we didn't have a great deal of information to give him. His fee was reasonable, and he was willing to work with me regarding payment arrangements. Needless to say I had to return to Buffalo; but Mr. Precht and I kept in touch via email and phone conversations. The case was difficult to say the least, and the nature of the crime was violent. I'm sure I stressed him out, because I was so worried about my son!This incident occured in April of 2011 and my son was home to enjoy his Thanksgiving dinner with family in AZ. I can not thank Mr. Precht enough for everything he tolerated and did to help us!

Great Job!!
I hired Robert Precht as my attorney after I received a DUI. He was excellent. Mr. Precht was flexible with my payments and did a great job. After we had pushed the trial out for 8 months with continuances, my DUI was dropped to a reckless driving. Mr. Precht uncovered errors done by the arresting officers and, in turn, got my charges reduced greatly. I was looking at 24 hours in jail, 60 days suspended license, a year of ignition interlock, a year of probation, $5000 in fines, not to mention having a DUI on my record. After Mr. Precht pleaded me down, I received 24 hours in jail, minimal fines, no DUI on my record, no ignition interlock, still have my license, and no probation. I highly recommend Robert Precht to anyone with a DUI. THANKS ROBERT!!!!
