Dr. Naef is a super doctor. Very knowledgeable and he was willing to answer all of my questions. His staff was very helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend him.
I liked Dr. Naef and he is knowledgeable . However, his nurses do not call back and we waited 2 and a half hours in the waiting room. I called 48 hrs ago concerning a medication I was given and have yet to be called back. I am canceling all future appointments.
I was referred to Dr. Naeffe for a level two ultrasound. I waited over two hours for my ultrasound and an additional hour before Dr. Naeffe bothered to see me. Overall visit took over three hours. He told me everything looked healthy, then had audacity to suggest follow up ultrasound with him (not my primary ob/gyn) to make sure "baby was not too big." Not exactly a medical problem is it? Excellent doctor wish he could deliver my baby boy! Staff is wonderful escpecially Amanda! Always took time to explain everything in full detail never in a hurry! I recommend him to anyone with specialty needs!
Dr Naef was very knowledgeable in his speciality. He took time to explain everything related to your visit. He made you feel comfortable, and also welcomed any questions or concerns you had. He was always in a cheerful mood. He really is a genuinely kindhearted person and very good at his profession. His staff was also kind and treated you as if you were the only patient.
