After seeing neurologists for 2 years and a recent trip to Mayo clinic which was very disheartening, Dr Jones presented me with some new hope. The headache specialist at Mayo clinic was very unsympathetic and unhelpful and didn't even mention the options that Dr Jones offered me. I'm looking forward to trying the new prescription that Dr Jones ordered. He walked into our first appointment with printups of everything he wanted to show me and fully prepared having read all of the notes and information from my past appointments... read more

I recently saw this neurologist for ongoing migraine-related symptoms. While I appreciate that he meant well and came prepared with materials, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.Unfortunately, I felt like I wasn’t truly heard. The doctor did most of the talking and rarely paused to ask deeper questions or listen to my concerns fully. He provided a packet of information and played videos during the visit, but there was no real explanation or personal context given, which made it feel disconnected and hard to foll... read more

Dr. Robert Jones is a terrible doctor. He should not take any patients with dementia or memory related issues. He has been completely unhelpful to my mother. He is very kind but appears to be completely uneducated related to dementia. When she has issues directly related to her dementia, he tells us to speak with her PCP. Her PCP has limited neurology experience therefore has to have us go back to Dr. Jones. I am switching my mother from Dr. Jones immediately.

My previous neurologist moved on, so this was my first time with Dr. Jones. He did no physical exam to familiarize himself with the nerve damage I have or even to get a baseline to compare to previous visits. He is a waste of time.

I waited two months for this appointment. I arrive, he comes in 20 minutes late, has not looked at anything with my medical concerns, and his sight is so poor that he cannot read vital information that is in the documents that were sent with the referral. When he does not establish a plan, and I tell him, “this needs to be addressed”, he runs out of the room for the reception supervisor. I later overhear him apologize to her and state I was “hostile”, because I asked for a plan. Go to any provider but him. He should honestly... read more

I had an 11:30 am visit that was supposed to last 20 minutes. I wasn't even seen until 12:05. When I was seen, you can imagine I'm already frustrated and I had been suffering occipital neuralgia symptoms for 2 weeks. I asked for a lidocaine injection or a trigger point injection. He said he didn't know how to do either. I asked where I can go for help and he told me I could go to the ER for those injections. Instead of wasting 4 hours in the ER to potentially get told no, I called them. They said they don't do anything like ... read more

Dr. Robert Jones and his staff were so wonderfully personable! They all treated me as if they knew me forever. The treatment offered is a great relief. If you suffer with migraines I would highly recommend Dr. Robert Jones.
