The Dentist wasn't available, so I still would like to.meet Dr. Mackensy but the Hygentist I liked very much. Also Deyah the Medical Secretary was very helpful with answering my Insurance questions. I never felt rushed . The questions were few of course. I would like to call and see if i can meet and shake hands with my new Dentist. It was an enjoyable visit and my teeth felt so clean . .
I had the best experience at Michigan Dental Studio Rochester!!! Everyone was so kind, delightful, and prepared for my visit. I left feeling informed, assured, and excited to return:)
Best place I’ve ever been, the staff here is beyond amazing. From the second you walk in the door you are greeted by members of the team who treat you like an old family friend. After little to no wait at all you are taken back by one of the assistants, who are all exceptionally talented and kind. My smile journey began with traditional braces as a teen, then Invisalign during college, and composite veneers later on, but none of those options gave me the results I was hoping for.
