I had recently called this location to confirm the status of my eyeglasses and contacts and to ask a question. Looking at the hours, I know they closed at 3 pm on a Saturday. I had called in about 4 minutes before they had closed, and had gotten hung up on. So I called a second time. The phone rang for about 15 seconds, then I got hung up on again. I was helped by Jesse who was very helpful and informative. Normally it takes me a very long time to find a frame I like but he made it easy. He was honest and went over prices with me so I could keep track. The doctor is always a delight too
Excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling online was simple, with lots of appointment times available. I received helpful email and text reminders, and their website is easy to use.
