5 stars for the eye exam. Dr. Vigdal and her assistant were friendly, professional, and got me a good glasses prescription. 1 star for the optical shop. I chose a frame and was told by the optician that it could be adjusted to fit my face. When my glasses arrived, they were much too tight on the sides. A second optician tried to adjust them several times, but agreed that they were too small for my face and I would need to order a different pair. Dr Vigdal is great; explained clearly, listened to my questions and gave clear answers.
Very friendly and professional customer/patient attention. From the courteous and communicative front desk to the professionalism and attentiveness of the doctor to the cleanliness and comfort of the office.
Start to finish, Dr Vigdal and her staff exceeded my expectations. I wanted to keep my frames and didn't have to leave them.
This place is wonderful. The Dr is thorough and genuinely cares about her patients, and the staff and location are top notch. Highly Recommend!!
