My dog sat on my glasses and bent the frames so I Went to get new frames. Anisa asked me to let her see if they had the frames and she came back with my frame fixed. She did great work and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Anisa from the Media office.

So, I had a problem with my eye for a few months now. I really had to see a Dr before an event I needed to attend, but didn't have time to see my normal eye Dr in NJ because it was a 2 hour trip. I told her I was pretty sure I had corneal infiltrates and to please just give me drops. Before even looking at me, she insists I must have an ulcer or something. She looks at my eye in normal light. I can not thank this office enough. I am from out of town and my bag was stolen and I had one pair of daily contacts in my eyes with broken glasses. I went to this office asking for trials and the General Manager was AMAZING!!! He personally called my eye doctor and had my prescription sent to him, then he ordered me contacts and had them sent to my house so they would be there when I got home, then he gave me 10 days worth of samples so I could finish my trip. Have been coming to MYEYEDR for well over 5 years. As a team they never disappoint, very consistent in their high level of professional care across the board. Dr. Vigdal is User Friendly and does well explaining your personal eye care in laymens terms. Jesse is always engaging, putting the time/effort in to serving my individual needs, not just serving ANOTHER customer. Annisah and the other staff members engage you in a manner that makes you feel appreciated! Yep! I’m a Happy Camper!!!
