I had an amazing experience at Robert W. Frankel, D.M.D., P.C. & Associates. From the moment I walked in, the entire dental staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. First time at this dental office for myself, I live near by and found it on google. Reviews were great so I called to inquire if they accepted my insurance and they do. I was able to set up a profile on the phone with Elizabeth and she got me an appt within a week which I was so happy about because my old dental office never had appts until after your next due date. Amy was absolutely amazing during my crowning procedure. She was kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She explained what was happening, checked in on me often, and helped ease my nerves, which made a big difference. Her professionalism and caring attitude truly stood out. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone needing dental
Everyone is great! Kind and supportive. Front desk greets you with a good attitude, tell you politely what to do. Doctors are very gentle, they let you know what they will do before doing it and ~do not rush~ I have done a dental cleaning other places and always get out bleeding, this is the only place that have taken care of me!
Thank you Amy for fitting me in today last minute, especially during this busy holiday season. I am so very happy I found this dentist. Amy & all the staff are always so friendly. The girls in the front are also so helpful. I’ve always been very nervous when I’m at the dentist but everyone here has made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Maloney is great at what she does. I’ve finally found a dentist who I can trust with my teeth. Thank you again to Amy & everyone here at Dr. Frankie’s office.
