I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I had already transferred my children to another location some time ago because the interactions with the front desk staff and doctors previously felt off. First time at this dental office for myself, I live near by and found it on google. Reviews were great so I called to inquire if they accepted my insurance and they do. I was able to set up a profile on the phone with Elizabeth and she got me an appt within a week which I was so happy about because my old dental office never had appts until after your next due date. Everything was perfect. The dentists and employees were kind to my daughter. Also Rebecca and Elizabeth in the front were great. They were helpful and welcoming. My daughter went from nervous to comfortable real fast. Great job guys
I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how gentle and attentive they were during the procedure.
