Dr. Craig has an amazing bedside manners. I have PTSD related to some stuff that happened to me as a kid and it makes podiatry appointments *hard.* He's very understanding and is able to get in, do what needs to be done, and finish quickly and well. He doesn't drag it out but still takes the patient and their needs into consideration. I'm not sure what her position was but the employee named Allie was also such a sweetheart and by for the best at doing my casts. Thank you all so much for what you were able to do for me!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Craig. He was originally going to be my 2nd opinion, but decided to stick with him based on his expertise and the friendliness of his staff. I had fractured/cracked sesamoid bones in each foot. After outlining options, I decided that surgery was the best outcome after trying the conservative route. The Best office staff/ Dr. Robert Craig cery awesome very knowledgeable very patient and most of all very concerned about any problem.
He really didn't do anything to help heal my plantar fasciitis. No x-rays, just sent me on my way with a box of Powerstep shoe inserts. Went back for a follow-up when it continued to hurt even though I had already done months of stretching, icing, using inserts, trying expensive shoes...he had no help to offer. He has a nice 'bedside manner', but didn't do the work or try to follow through to try to solve this.
