I always have, excellent visit when I visit Dr. Fulmer office, everyone’s very professional and very informative and make sure you understand what being said.

I am always pleased with Dr.Fulmer! He has always been very compassionate and thorough! He was a doctor that was concerned about your mind and body! Our family is sad to see him retire! Sadly there is not a lot of choices now at Shiland to fill his shoes.
Dr. Fulmer is the best! I’m really going to miss him!
