Dr. Fulmer has been my GP for several decades. I trust his knowledge and assessment of my health issues. I will miss him greatly since he is retiring in December. I have no idea who i will choose after that. I made an appointment with him on his last day.
Dr Fulmer has been my doctor since my last doctor retired. His care for me has been excellent in every way. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate his care for my health in the time that I have known him. May he have a wonderful retirement.
He is an excellent Doctor. He knows his patients and addresses their needs or concerns. We need more Doctors like him! He deserves 10 stars!
