Professional, clean, and highly effective. I appreciate how the chiropractor Dr Robert and Acupuncturist Dr Wang work together to create a personalized plan for me. They are both very patient, explaining every step of the process. The acupuncture was so relaxing I almost fell asleep, and the chiro adjustments were gentle yet precise. Five stars!
The chiropractor and acupuncturist are actually fantastic. I would give a 5 star, it’s their front desk. By law, you pay the co-pay from whatever is stated by the insurance provider, mine was $20 for speciality. They decided to up the co-pay on their own. When I inquired and I knew I had the rights to have them call my insurance provider to verify (because I did), the girl (Chinese) was extremely rude and said we raised the co-pay for $40 and there’s no way around it.
