Wonderful doctor!
You will never reach medical staff if you have a problem. Dr Toto may be good, but the system is completely broke and you may or may not ever see him. The nurses do not call back....there is no return communication with this clinic. On the other hand, Dr. Allen Morey is faculty and sees patients through UTSW. Changed to them and great experience. :) Like night and day.
Must be a great doctor, but very bad admin! Don't know about the doctor as I never got to meet him! My appointment was rescheduled by the doc's office and then when I do make a trip to the UT Southwestern mini city, the address doesn't make sense.. for some reason the address on his website is wrong and it takes you to a parking lot on the other side of Harry Hines! And when you call for directions, the office is rude and can hardly explain anything clearly.. it's like you should be able to get there magically..! So when you... read more
