Update: Best news I've heard all day. Got the letter in the mail Russell is retiring. No longer subjecting people to his horrific bedside manner and his biased, money-centric medical care. In an effort to go out with a bang, Russell refuses to send out medical records to his patients new ENTs without you physically coming into the office. This office is archaic and ridiculous. So happy to read the review that he will no longer be in practice. I couldn’t even begin to explain how completely terrible, rude, and inept the employees of this office acted during all of my visits. The Dr had a pompous and disgusting attitude. Do not waste your time with the office they will not help you. Shame on Dr Russel and his office for running the worst “business.”
I took my daughter to Dr Russell last week to have a Tonsillectomy and I called today because I had a question about something and the nurse was VERY RUDE to me on the phone. I have been in the medical field for 20 years and I would never speak to one of my patients the way the nurse did to me today. Dr Russell was great but needs a more compassionate and respectful nurse.

Our son has had two sets of tubes placed by Dr. Russell, and overall, we’ve been satisfied with both his care and that of the nurse practitioner. However, there is significant room for improvement in the billing department. During today’s visit, my husband, who is a very involved and attentive father, accompanied our son for a checkup. Unfortunately, the nurse made an unnecessary and frankly unprofessional comment when he couldn’t recall our son’s height and weight on the spot.
