Mr. Rogers is not a Doctor/Cardiologist. He is a NURSE. I was a patient of this NURSE. I found him to be rude, arrogant, condescending, to not have a good fund of knowledge, and to be clinically questionable. Unfortunately, my experience with him also included actions of his which I found to be very ethically questionable, as well. So questionable, that I filed a complaint with the Kentucky Board of Nursing regarding those actions. I strongly recommend against using this nurse.
