I met Robert 3 decades ago. I still remember the haircut he created for me. He called it the “Power cut!” It was exactly what I described I wanted and even back then, his dedication to his clients was his trademark. That was before he opened his own salon . The worst salon experience EVER! Very unprofessional staff and the owner, sit around drinking coffee reading newspapers and gossiping about clients, while other clients are getting their hair done right next to them! Salon itself very dated and pretty messy, seems like nothing was changed or fixed there since 90's, including staff. No receptionist or anybody to grit you at the front.. i walked in and nobody even said hi! Great hair cut by Robert!. I also had an excellent deep conditioning treatment and a blow out done. My hair came out looking salon perfect. I live in Somerset and have been dying to find a better local salon where I'm not subject to fresh out of hair-school stylists. Robert Stephan and his people have years of experience which is just what I'm looking for.

the best experience i have ever had in a salon. the staff was warm and professional. i only wish i had tried robert`s salon many years ago so i could have had this experience sooner!
