Best service from any doctors office and staff I’ve ever experienced. I have to drive over two hours to see him because of the injury being work comp. It took over a year of previous work comp doctors who were not podiatrist finally requested me to see a podiatrist; they all said it was Not plantar fasciitis, but none of them were podiatrist’s! Because of it being a work comp injury it took time to get everything done, but after over a year of severe pain in my foot that WAS plantar fasciitis, I’m completely pain free. Go to... read more
Now talk about exceptional service. I reached out to Dr. Spencer‘s office around 7:30 in the morning when they were closed and left a message. By 909 I had to call back someone named Sam. She emailed me took my information down and was able to get me in to see Dr. Spencer I was in so much pain from an ingrown nail and I was able to get it removed In the same day. My toes numb, but I’m pain-free and I can’t wait to finally get a full nights rest Carlos also super cool and made the experience comfortable
Dr Spencer is a very nice man, but a horrible surgeon. I underwent painful surgery on 3 toes only to end up 6 months later with the same problems I had the prior to the surgery. Use him to trim your toenails, but RUN! Do NOT use him for surgery. NOTE that everyone talks about how nice he is, but not about how good of a surgeon he is. GO TO DR RODRIGUEZ. I WISH I HAD.
He was the nicest guy. Listened, took time to explain, never in a rush. I snapped my Achilles and he did a great surgery and everything went as he said. I didn't have insurance and he performed the surgery for $800 (plus the cost of the operating room) but still. Totally reasonable on prices. Gave me a physical therapy plan after and saw me multiple times post-op without charging anything extra. Some doctors are $ motivated, this guy legitimately seems to want to help people.
