He is prepared for my visits and discusses with me any problems I may be having. As I am older he keeps up with what tests that I need. Any Rx. Is sent from the office. And I feel comfortable with him. I like him.

Dr Smith is the first physician that I’ve ever had that actually listened to me & heard what I had to say. He makes me feel that my opinion actually matters, as it should since it is my medical care. He is quick to take care of medical issues that are having a negative impact on your life. Plus, & I cannot say this enough, he CARES & has a great bedside manor!

Makes adjustments as necessary to achieve positive end results. Generally easy to get appts within a week or so. He’s always friendly and happy. Always enjoy the visit with his assistants and general staff as well as him.

Front staff is always friendly and efficient. Nursing staff are also. They are thorough in history taking and performing exams of vital signs. Dr. Smith has an awesome bed side manner and manages my medical issues with his expertise. I highly recommend him and his staff. It is also very convenient to have a laboratory and X-ray down the hall. The staff there also friendly and proficient.

Dr. Smith is always quick to check out any complaints or issues. Always ready to "do something about it" or investigate further with testing, etc. He takes every concern seriously and calms what may be unreasonable concerns but will direct on what needs to be done next whether by med adjustment or referral and other testing. Office staff is exceptionally nice from appointment desk to back office staff. I never have to wait too long and love having the blood lab right there!

I am a new patient. Before seeing the doctor, the nurse was extremely friendly, professional, and informative with responses. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The doctor was extremely personable and caring while asking personal health history. I loved his demeanor, and felt comfortable during my first visit with him.
