I like early appointments and was able to get a 7:30 appointment. I was checked in quickly and spent very little time before I was called back for my first test. The individual was professional and and answered all questions I had. The same goes for the next series of tests/exams. The appointment took over two hours for maybe 5 minutes with the Dr. Most of the staff is courteous but Sydney, Sisk’s assistant was not. My 88 year old MIL asked if she should be in pain after her injection and Sydney continued typing on her laptop, told her she would be fine(without turning around to face us) and that we could use the room as long as we needed, and have a nice day. We drive 45 minutes to see Sisk because he has always taken such great care of my MIL. She is frightened and only has partial vision in one eye... read more

The staff are polite and efficient. My doctor is reliable---on time for my appointments, up to date on retina problems and cures--I couldn't ask for better eye care.

Drs Sisk and Hutchins were excellent. Wait time at the CEI West office was excessive. Blue Ash office was well managed.
