Us awesome, Dr. Regal is pretty funny and knows his stuff, he also works with a team at the Cancer Center off of Allen and Campbell rd. His time is short if he seems short he is super busy also I believe he runs his practice in NM also, he is in my opinion a 5 star Dr.Dermo. as well as a nice person just vry busy . Not a big chit chat
Dr. Segal is an excellent dermatologist, also friendly and kind. You will leave feeling better about yourself! Unfortunately since he hooked up with Banner four years ago, his prices have skyrocketed. I can no longer afford to see him even with my insurance. :( I do not blame him personally. I imagine it's the system, which is as frustrating and difficult for doctors as it is for patients.
Friendly staff, little to no wait time and Dr. Segal was very personable.
My first time in was pretty good. A small wait time and a very friendly staff. I had a second appointment scheduled and when I came back, nobody was at the office and it turned out the doctor had moved to a different place. I was never told about it nor called and still can't get a hold of anyone a month later. The doctor himself seemed in a hurry and liked to talk down to people.
DON'T EVEN THINK about using this doctor. Their accounting department is going to forget to send you your bill and then send it to collections ruining your credit. EVEN IF YOU CALL THEM to make sure it's taken care of. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. Stay away!
