Dr. Nance's staff are very unprofessional, uncouth, just downright obnoxious. I can't help but to wonder if Dr. Nance is even aware, about the tone in which Anita and Donna talk to customers/patients on the phone.

I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.
