Dr. Scoma is an angel. I was bounced from one doctor to the next and dealing with insurance just trying to get a procedure done so I could get a diagnosis. He got me in so fast, scheduled procedure within a week. He was thorough, took his time and i had complete trust in him from the beginning. That is saying a lot. Highly recommend him. Nurses at hospital had nothing but the best to say about him.
I was diagnosed with carcinoma of the lung, found incidentally as I was in a car accident. The ER Doctor suggested a follow up CT of my lungs in three months. The date was 09/12. I followed up with a CT of my lungs. A lesion was noted and a PET scan was ordered the next day. I was then diagnosed with lung cancer.Dr.Scoma came to the office on his day off.i had aRobotic thoracotomy 9 days later.
