Dr. Saad spent more time with us to address issues with family heart conditions related to my situation. He went into some detail as to the meaning of past tests.
A medical group that makes your visit as quick and smooth as any medical office you'll ever visit. Combined with professional staff from reception to Dr. visit. Caring physicians that keep you Alive. I've been in and out of medical facilities for well over 30 yrs now, none compare to the efficiency shown here.
I have been with Dr. Saad for many years and I could not find a better doctor to go to. He is straight with his answers and has given me a great deal of advice and encourage as well as keeping me healthy and able to continue my work. He has kept me from avoiding things other doctors have wanted to do with me.
All my visits with Dr Saad have been good and I have no complaints about Dr Saad or his staff. Dr Saad has always been courteous and full of heart with concern for my health. Before my surgery he gave all required information to my family regarding my surgery and post surgery expectations.
Explains things to you. Doesn't talk down to you. .
Dr. Saad and Michelle are both OUTSTANDING! They are both very thorough and make You feel as the patient as though You are the most important person in the world. They both take their time and do not rush You in or out!
I really hate the way the San Antonio area health system is set up which makes everything more difficult & confusing for patients & medical staff alike. Having said this, I have found that Dr. Saad's office & staff are one of the best in the city. I prefer the Boerne location as the parking is much easier & the wait time is much less. The office staff is efficient & cordial as well.
