Very professional and caring
Great experience!
First I stated I preferred to use glasses for distance, after surgery I can’t even read a menu without glasses. Second I drove 3 hours to get to a follow up appointment only to be told Dr was in Carson City if I wanted to see him I’d have to drive additional 45 minutes to an area I am not familiar with. So I rescheduled only to be called the morning of that appointment to be told their scheduler had booked me at the wrong place and with the wrong Doctor again after I had made a point of telling them about the previous fiasco... read more
