I called this company to inform them that I had a charge on my account from them and I had never used their services. The man on the phone was soo nice, patient and helped me figure out that it was my husband who accidentally used our account to pay for his jobs invoice. I can not say enough how nice, patient, and respectful they were helping me figure this out.
