Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Would you recommend this family doctor to others? No Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

The other two reviews on this site were obviously written by employees of this practice, because I haven't the slightest idea what they're talking about. The bathroom isn't immaculate. The office is an old house transformed into a doctors office. It's not unbelievably gorgeous or anything. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Furthermore, the quality of service here is HORRIBLE. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. One thing... read more
