The staff has always been great since we had been going to this dentist for years.They are able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Unfortunately the last trip to the dentist was a nightmare and I couldn't believe how much pain was experienced during and after the appointment. There was agony for days that I know could've been avoided.
