My husband went into the clinic for the first time yesterday. He has serious diabetes and was hoping to be able to qualify for their shoes. The doctor trimmed his nails and while doing this, he cut two toes, one badly. He bled and bled. The doctor never apologized and I was mortified.
Outstanding doctor!!! Speaks well and explains things to a tee. I would highly recommended him and staff.
Dr. Robert Kipferl performed a joint replacement on my right foot big toe. I couldn't be happier with the quality of care I've received from him and his staff. Every step of the way I was informed of the process addressing my concerns with care. He even spent time with my family member after surgery to explain what he did. The surgery went great.
