Harper staff treated me with kindness and respect
Love our doctor the nurses are great my biggest complaint is how long it takes to get a refund. we were forced to pay a large amount at the time of the procedure in March even though we had met the deductible and should have only paid 20%. The insurance paid less than 2 weeks after 3 months later we are still waiting for the refund.
At Harper hospital the service was excellent the employees very professional I recommend this hospital to anybody
Everyone was great in pre-op and post-op for my endoscopic procedure yesterday. They even called the week before to take care of my intake forms and payment over the phone. All my friends who've used St. Mary's have all said the same as myself....they're very professional with great bedside manner. I recommend St. Mary's for anything and everything regarding health care.
Absolutely wonderful treatment. Compassionate staff. They explained everything to us.

I am absolutely loving the exercise room, the aerobic classes, and spending time in the hot tub and pools! Everything has been fantastic so far. I’m looking forward to trying out the sauna and steam rooms next, but I haven't quite spotted them yet. Could you please point me in the right direction?
I went in early March and asked the receptionist if they took my insurance for urgent care. At the time, there was no one else in the waiting room. She was not looking at me and said that they took my insurance. I know the cost of ER vs Urgent Care so I wanted to make sure before I was seen. I can’t tell you the frustration over the last few days with Southeastern Spine staff. It appeared one person or Dept didn’t know what the other one was doing total lack of communication and coordination. I have been there in the past with Dr. Noble being my doctor and until Novant health took over. There were no problems. I was scheduled for a 9:45 AM today and was cold yesterday by three different people who had no idea.
