I have been a patient of Dr Friedman for over a year. He did my braces and injured my gums while doing it and told me to "just deal with it". He never answers my questions about the progress and is extremely rude and argumentative. My insurance paid for everything up front so I guess he felt like he didn't need to put up this facade of being a nice guy since he got all my money already. He doesn't even do a good job either. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
