On February 9th, Dr Fan did a complete shoulder replacement on my right side and to date, I cannot lift my right arm. The Axillary was damaged in some way. My shoulder is very unstable and very painful. His recommendation was to give it 6 months to a year! I would avoid him as a doctor. He is careless and unapologetic.Zero stars...... I have gone to a local Orthopedic surgeon in Corvallis and the X-Rays show that the joint is completely out of place and is very unstable.
