Waited over an hour beyond the appointment scheduled time. Gave me no more than 10 minutes in the treatment room. And surprise ! misdiagnosed my condition.
My experience with Dr English was comforting and he put my mind at ease regarding my skin issues. Dr English explained everything about the procedure, and the staff was kind and supportive.
435.00 for a minor skin irritation gave no discount for paying cash.
Dr. English performed several unnecessary procedures on me with no effort to cure my issues. The wait time is almost an hour. The staff is belligerent and lies. The many offices have one phone number that no one answers three days a week and you cannot leave a message. The last biopsy was performed by a student without Dr. English in the room.
Doctor English makes you feel very comfortable. He takes time to answer any question, you may have He does a through examination. Office is very clean & relaxing. Staff is very friendly
