Best $100 I ever spent! Helped me quit smoking 8 years ago. I was a skeptic, but it was like he flipped a switch and I did not need or want cigarettes anymore. There was nothing even vaguely metaphysical about it, it was more similar to a therapy session. You have nothing to lose...but the desire to smoke!
