Brent seemed like an honest guy upon meeting. He gave his estimate which was a "ball park" number for the job. Approximate time was discussed for the job and he quoted me the hourly rate. The actual work done was two hours less than projected and Brent wouldn't adjust our final bill. I was lead to believe by both Brent and his employee that the job would be billed at the hours worked. R.S. Bortner came out to our house to do our annual furnace tune up. We needed a part for a repair. When the tech, Dennis, left to go get the part, he made sure Kathy closed the garage door he had been using for access and secured the house. That may not mean much to some men, but it means the world to me. GOOD PEOPLE!
