Dr Boretz is a great doctor. He did surgery on my right hand two months ago and I am extremely happy with the results. The staff in the office is wonderful and I have been very happy with each visit to the office during these difficult times of covid. Dr. Boretz has a wonderful bedside manner.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Boretz for about 2 years now. I like how knowledgeable he is and easy to explain things as well as procedures. I am very confident with his medical advice. As for the long waiting, since Covid, it has caused the appts to be distant and I have been able to get in and out within an hour which is great. I still give Dr. Boretz a 5 Star because his service is really that good. As for the long wait, Many doctors double book because of the process of getting patients in.
The entire Staff of Dr Boretz worked seamlessly to provide me with great support , scheduling help for things like pre-surgery covid tests and disability paperwork for consecutive left hand/right hand carpal tunnel and trigger finger surgery. They were on top of the major and minor pieces of a complex process, even helping with last minute additional disability paperwork that helped me start getting $ quickly. After the surgeries, Dr Boretz called me to see how I was doing followed up by calls from the surgery center and the... read more
Dr. Boretz did my double carpal tunnel surgery recently. From going into the office for appointments, the surgery and post surgery, he has been nothing but helpful. He is very professional kind and truly cares about his patients. I have felt like I am in the best hands possible. All of the staff at his office are kind and helpful as well!
Dr. Boretz is very compassionate, he always have the best interest for the patient. He made me feel at ease. Dr. Boretz always answered my questions. He did my Ulnar nerve decompression on November 26th, and before 8:30am next day he called me to check on me he was very calm, no rush and very caring. It seems that he choose is staff very carefully too as they are all excellent. He is simple great. Thank you Dr Boretz.
My appointment was for 10:50. Dr. Boretz entered the examination room at 11:50. I was getting ready to leave when he finally arrived.
Dr Robert Boretz is such a professional takes his time to listen to all what his patients have to say my hand surgery went better than I expected. Thanks Dr Robert Boretz.
I've gone to Dr Boretz for several significant and very painful issues and a couple of surgeries. He has done a great job. I recommend him highly!
My initial visit to Dr. Boretz was good - the issue I saw him for was successfully treated. However, upon arrival for my follow up visit a few weeks later at 8:20am, the person checking in ahead of me also had an 8:20am appt! I asked how that could be possible and the front desk staff shrugged and informed me they the doctor tells them to double book appts. I specifically chose an early morning appt so I could get to work just a bit later than usual, but soon found out that there were 6 people ahead of me that were still wai... read more
