Robert stopped by in the fall to provide an estimate on gutter cleaning. He provided his honest evaluation that we didn't need it at all. He was the only contractor that actually came to the door and then climbed up a ladder to check the gutter. He then helped me troubleshoot the issue we were having, made a quick tweak to a downspout and gave me a verbal estimate for a future fix to consider. Great personal, honest interaction.
