Staff was friendly.Their exam chair was very uncomfortable,no good head and neck support. They don't use nitrous to help you relax or they might charge extra if they did. Hygienist did the best she could I guess.But just not the service I'm used to.Guess that is why my insurance said I could go there there for no charge.I will not go back again.If I was a young person it might have been O.K.Don't know.
Booked my son an appt and he received a text confirming his appt and when he shows up at 1600 the doors were locked!!! No phone in advance to notify him! Horrible customer service!
Dr Rocco and Dr Salhadar are both wonderful dentist This place is wonderful. Very helpful in working with children and even adults whom might have some fears about going. They are great at walking you through the procedures as well as walking you through what you might be expected to pay out of pocket. Wonderful place that truly wants to see people smile with healthy teeth. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Dr. Rocco is a very caring dentist that does a great job. He is very considerate of his patients' needs, and his staff are top-notch at what they do. I would recommend him to anyone!
I went to this dentist in Otsego when I was 20. I was mortified with the work he done on my front teeth, however he was the only dentist that took medicaid at the time, and he removed my first front tooth, then reconstructed it, left it open in the back with the gold like pin pertruding from the back side. It has been since repaired by Terry Rowland. He said it was the worst work he had ever seen. I thought for sure I was gonna be in pain the rest of my life, it was so sensitive then, now its great.
