Unprofessional, lacking compassion, condescending, rude, awful bedside manner. Reinforces the sad state the medical world today.
Dr. Riley was very professional and listened. He uses rational algorithms to make his recommendations. As a trauma nurse I appreciate a physician with excellent an bedside manner. Hard to find. Top notch MD.
Dr. Riley was my mothers primary. My mother called labor day to get an appointment after exhibiting symptoms of fever, night sweats, lethargy, and other declines in health (all symptoms of cancer). She was not able to get an appointment and was referred to urgent care. After visiting urgent care and being referred to Spectrum Health for a CT it was indicated that she had swollen lymphnodes throughout most her chest and abdominal area.
